Existing purchases to be completed by 30th September. Scheme to continue.

As a result of incorrect information filtering through the media, HomeBuy Agents have been asked by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to provide a product update in their allcoated areas.

Catalyst HomeBuy can confirm that the HomeBuy Direct (HBD) scheme is set to continue into 2011.

Information on additional participating developments will be provided in due course.

There is an expectation that all HBD property purchases within existing funded developments must be completed by 30 September, 2010.
