Slough Borough Council Home Purchase Assistance Scheme

If you are a Slough Borough Council Tenant or Housing Association Tenant living in Slough, you could be eligible to access up to a £50,000 'low-interest-only' loan to boost your affordability and buy a home of your choice on the Open Market.
The scheme is aimed predominately at households that currently occupy a property of two or more bedrooms. However, those in one bedroom properties may also be considered on a discretionary basis.
The scheme has been developed by Slough Borough Council and Catalyst Housing to help eligible first time buyers and others on to the property ladder.
As this is not a HomeBuy Scheme you are required to register seperately.
