Elmbridge Borough Council Homeownership Assistance Scheme

If you have an Elmbridge Borough Council "Live or Work" connection you could be eligible to access up to a £70,000 'low-interest-only' loan to boost your affordability and buy a home of your choice on the Open Market.
Please note that this scheme will initially be progressed for those in an existing housing association tenancy. From the 1st of June 2011, we will then be able to process all the other applications.
The scheme has been developed by Elmbridge Borough Council and Catalyst Housing to help eligible first time buyers and others on to the property ladder.
As this is not a HomeBuy Scheme you are required to register seperately.
